it's a distinct possibility if you don't have a hardcopy or an ISO of the source material. if you do, it might be easier to just dump the audio stream with something like VLC to one big MP3/OGG/FLAC and then pull a copy/pasta of source to target with something like audacity and then save it at whatever bitrate you want.
Hi Jason, I used the "record" button in VLC to slice it up. Had a bit of noise and skipping, so I was thinking it was a bad video -T
