torrents out of date

Hello,
the torrents at http://www.osst.co.uk/Download/scientific/6.5/x86_64/iso/?
id=28 don't mach the files at 
http://ftp1.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.5/x86_64/iso/.
Is that meant to be?
