Figured it out.
Installed a Firefox extension called "cliget". Shows me how
something would be download is I used curl or wget. Those
turkeys at uvnc at adding a "0" in front of the "1"
Changing
UltraVNC_1_2_0_X64_Setup.exe
to
UltraVNC_1_2_01_X64_Setup.exe
did the trick.
