Hi All,

I noticed that K3B and Brasero both do not tell me
the things my dvd drive can do, as does CD Burner XP
in Windows.

Is there some Linux utility to do this?

Many thanks,

I'm currently using K3b in a CentOS 5 system to write DVD isos. It's more reliable than the drive in my SL6 laptop. When the burn finishes you can 'Show debugging output'

Here are the first few lines. I suppose they come from growisofs, but I haven't waded through the options.

K3b Version: 1.0.5

KDE Version: 3.5.10-1.el5 Fedora
QT Version: 3.3.6
Kernel: 2.6.18-371.11.1.el5
