debuginfo missing (was Re: Security ERRATA Important: kernel on SL6.x i386/x86_64)

Usually, I can find these two packages in archive/debuginfo. But 
currently it seems that they are missing. Also the SRPM of this kernel 
version cannot be found in the SRPM directory.
