I run both (fedora and sl 6.5) as workstations and cant complain . Sl is solid - wife likes it and cost to maintain it for me is 0. Fedora - depends what I do, if compile various projects - yes easier then sl (because of newer api) but once updates hit... uhhh. I might spend time fixing that. In short - sl is stable as promised and fedora is brand new -as promised. Now, I think going forward, we will see hopefully happier midium in centos versions.
