Yes maybe a random bug 
failed twice the other day
works fine now on two distinct installations ...

the installer starts fine but  after the anaconda the system fails
I did give it a very short try,  the update from 7.0 to 7.1 is smooth ...

I just gave a quick try on the 7.1 installer via pxeIt seems to start fine, 
then it switches to graphical display and then there is a window appearing 
stating that there is a problem. The buttons to report the failure do not work
