Lots of great TV on tonight: Alias - ABC - 8 pm Haven't watched this in three years (gotta buy the DVDS of past seasons) but I know lots of fans exist. Sydney's pregnant, I hear, and on the run??
Smallville - ABC - 8 pm Continuing last season's cliffhanger, with chunks of Kryptonite raining down on Smallville, and Clark in the Arctic in his newly-built Fortress. Not sure how this season's going to go, but they hint at Lex and Clark finally becoming enemies, Clark flying a bit, Clark and Lana getting "close", and some Kryptonian bad guys coming to town. Don't know if I'll like the Clark-in-College angle, as in the comics it's always been said he spent the next ten years travelling around the world. Still trying to figure out how the series will end? In the last minute of the last show, will he put on the uniform and fly awa, or just wander out into the world to learn about humanity? Everybody Hates Chris - UPN - Also at 8 pm! Funny show that follows the real life misadventures of a young Chris Rock, the only Black at an all-white school. Night Stalker - ABC - 9 pm A remake of the classic "The Night Stalker" from the '70s, which featured white-suit-wearing Karl Kolchak's adventures with everything from Jack the Ripper to an invisible alien stopping by for a snack on Earth. This show stars Stuart Townsend and Gabrielle Union. Like most modern shows, there's more eye candy (in terms of cast and effects), and another show with a central mystery at its core. I have no clue if it's as good as the original, or if it can survive with "Lost", "Invasion", "Threshold", etc., but I'll give it a look. Barb, let's get the "scare rating" from you to see how intense it is. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
