Not to mention several cosmic big bads still free and dangerous. My biggest problem with Civil War is that Cap and Iron Man's personalities seem off. Iron Man's motivations and reasons for doing it are logical but the cosmic gulag and forced sevice for anyone who registers and other things make the pro-reg side very unappealing.
