Tracey, one of the great things about it is that you don't have to follow all of the rules closely at all! Sometimes it's fun to eat something you know is bad for you and watching from the inside how your Body reacts.
For instance, Type 'A's should not eat potatoes (sp), yams and sweet potatoes included. Well, HEY! French fries, sweet potato pie!!! I cut WAY down, but I still indulge myself! Even the good Doctor says sticking to every rule takes the fun Out of eating. It's mainly about being aware, and knowing what REALLY hurts you. I can't touch Oranges or Orange Juice, but I can eat Grapefruit. Go figure! -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Tracey de Morsella (formerly Tracey L. I did not give it much time or follow the rules accurately. However, as result of your emails, and because I am more disciplines with regard to healthy eating now, I am going to give it another shot. I have the book in storage. Tracey Reece Jennings wrote: > > Good for you, Tracey! And when you discover more than I possibly could > have with it, can you share It with us?
