This sounds like a good idea but the love would be missing I think. Not that Dorian loved himself but it'd be easy to simply say "too bad" to the suffering twin. It must be something sooooo close to his soul that he himself suffers. And I don't know if I want to create a sacrificial being who is put on earth to bear the effects of this creature's sins. Will ponder, though.
