Is this correct interpretation?         
        — Do morphological operations and Hough Ellipse transform for ellipse 
detection? 

I’m thinking of leveraging active contours. Is it possible to place shape 
constraints on Energy equation in some way? For instance, perform non-rigid 
shape matching?
