Hi,
Actually BM3D denoising is one of the requested features on the link(
https://github.com/scikit-image/scikit-image/wiki/Requested-features). The
links to references to the algorithm is (
http://www.ipol.im/pub/art/2012/l-bm3d/). Also I wanted to know if the code
I would write would go under the transform folder or some other.
