Hi all,
The docstring of sklearn.utils.deprecated says it should ``print a
warning when the function is called/the class is instantiated and adds
a warning to the docstring`` . However, executing some deprecated
classes doesn't print anything for me:
"""
In [1]: from sklearn.neighbors import NeighborsRegressor
In [2]: NeighborsRegressor()
Out[2]:
NeighborsRegressor(algorithm='auto', classification_type='knn_vote',
leaf_size=30, n_neighbors=5, radius=1.0)
"""
I tested on python {2.6, 2.7}, with the same result.
