OK. I think I found what I was looking for: "9. Class Reference"

I don't know why I miss it. May be because I was looking at the
"modules" link (the one I mentioned in the first link) and thought
that that was the right place to look.

I think that the scikit-learn is somewhat different than the pages I
pointed out because there is a "Tutorial" section (which I think is
similar to the user guide in scikit-learn), and a "Reference" section.
Note that "Reference" is not part of the "Tutorial"

May be it would be nice to make the Class Reference a "first citizen"
in the documentation. How about a link to it in the very top? Like
