Hi all,

As discussed earlier, here is a new tool to publish the doc on github
rather than sourceforge.

The result is available here:

  https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn.org (the repo for the
tool, basically a README.rst and a Makefile)
  http://scikit-learn.github.com/scikit-learn.org/ (the root of the
github pages for scikit-learn.org)

At the moment only the dev/ sub folder is populated:

  http://scikit-learn.github.com/scikit-learn.org/dev/

TODO:
- populate the stable, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7 and 0.6 folder with there
respective doc (maybe Fabian can do it with a an rsync? that would be
much faster).
- configure the scikit-learn.org DNS entry
- maybe configure a javascript redirect on the webroot/index.html to
redirect to "stable".
- setup a buildbot to build and deploy the dev doc once a or so day
