Pull request #690 is ready for comment:

In it, I add the NearestCentroid classification, which acts similarly to
the labelling phase of k-means.
It also has a shrink_threshold parameter, which implements the Shrunken
Centroid classifier, which can act somewhat like a feature selector
(removing high variance features from centroids).
This pull request has gone through one set of changes so far, but there was
a bit that changed, and a few open comments as well.
After tomorrow, I am not sure of how much time I have to fix any changes,
so if you don't hear from me for a week or so, I'm not ignoring you!
