It's alright. Thanks for the reply. I think you can switch to mail by mail subscriptions from the mailman UI if you want to. Also, for the application to be successful it's not enough to write a proposal, you should start contributing (small stuff) before the end of April as the contribution workflow is part of the evaluation of the student application.
