I think that the scikit is in a reasonnable shape. I know that our
release manager (Andy) has been talking about releasing.

How about doing a push to close bugs and merge in fixes (not new
features) this week end and try to release at the end of the week end?
The scale_C issue needs to be resolved, and I am strongly leaning toward
simply reverting everything to the behavior in 0.10 (that doesn't get rid
of some of the problems, but at least we are not adding to the mess).
Alex (Gramfort): I think that this is on your TODO list. Any update?

If people agree with this plan of action, I'll try as much as possible to
free time to work on bug fixes and issues this week end.
