The tutorial at scikit-learn.github.com/scikit-learn-tutorial is
outdated. I still have branch with a start of merge into the main
documentation here:

https://github.com/ogrisel/scikit-learn/tree/sklearn-tutorial

In the mean time refer to the stable documentation for the new text
feature extraction API:

http://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/feature_extraction.html#text-feature-extraction
