Feel free to add 1327 to this list, but it is already 38 items long! Most of them are bugs, long-standing annoyances or really missing features (issue #7: return indices of support vectors in sparse SVM, Issue #640 add old version warning to outdated docs) I do admit that the list is mostly curated by me, though.
