For my thesis I've been doing many scripts using mostly sklearn libraries
as a testbed tool, with very food results in general.
I've been thinking on doing a tutorial like the one for astronomy, but for
Gene Network Regulation Inference.
What is the tool you guys use to generate the format of the tutorials?
