This looks like a DNS problem. `scikit-learn` should point to 216.34.181.97 (and I just checked that the ZoneEdit configuration is correct). Instead: $ host scikit-learn.org scikit-learn.org has address 66.96.161.142 If this problem doesn't sort itself out in the next few hours, I'll move you over to NameCheap tomorrow. Also, I'd gladly hand over the domain to someone on the team if that would be more convenient.
