   I am thinking the issue is with writing length of the compressed zfile, in
the write_zfile of numpy_pickle.py (Although I might be wrong :) ).

   [Er, btw bit unrelated, but since I moved to another machine (aws) when I
try
to run SGDClassifier with n_jobs=-1 I get output as follows:

Training SGDClassifier(alpha=1e-05, class_weight=None, epsilon=0.1, eta0=0.0,
       fit_intercept=True, l1_ratio=0.15, learning_rate=optimal, loss=log,
       n_iter=35, n_jobs=4, penalty=l2, power_t=0.5, random_state=None,
       rho=None, shuffle=True, verbose=1, warm_start=False)
python: ./Modules/cStringIO.c:419: O_cwrite: Assertion `oself->pos + l <
2147483647' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

    The environments are about the same since I setup with virtualenv. I just
got it and saw that there was an similar issue with python 2.6
http://bugs.python.org/issue7358 , but never encountered it before on the
older machine. Any pointer on what I might be missing?]
