I would keep "Contribute" as a separate item in the top level menu
rather than putting in under "Documentation".

They should be kept separated: tutorials are ways to traverse the
documentation in a pedagogical ordering while the narrative
documentation is structured by topics and goes deeper in details that
we don't want to bother the new users with in a tutorial.
