Perhaps my googling skills are failing me but all I could find on the subject
was:

This was part of the release notes for Scikit-learn 0.5 so possibly out of date.
Why is there no neural network module in Scikit-learn? Is pybrain still my best
bet? Should I investigate e.g. neurolab?
