Hi Robert,
I need to prepare data sets using the movielens data in order to get
started. I started working on the suggestion made by Daniel (in the
proposal comments). After completing that, I will have to start with other
ANN search implementations too and get prepared for the initial
prototyping. I still have to analyze them. I will create gists for these
implementations and let you know once I have completed upto a passable
extent to get your feedback.
In the meantime, I am working on this PR currently(Only the examples and
documentation part is left).

After completing this, I will continue with contributing more on fixing
issues until the coding period begins.
So that is my current situation. Please let me know if you have any
additional suggestions or anything that I need to do during this community
