Hi!!
Is there is some function which performs sparse biclustering. Something similar
to the following library in R:
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/sparseBC/sparseBC.pdf
I am using scikit for my project. If there is no such function I would like to
add this algorithm to scikit, can you please tell me how can I so so.
