I believe that the minimum requirements for building on python3 are higher
than they are listed:

   - Python (>= 2.6 or >= 3.3),
   - NumPy (>= 1.6.1),
   - SciPy (>= 0.9)

I can't make from source (without errors) with scipy 0.9. I've upgraded to
scipy 0.14, which allows a proper build. (this is on Ubuntu with numpy
1.7.1).

Can anyone get scikit-learn installed with python3 with the stated
requirements?
