I just went on this page and it say "highly advised that you contact the
developers on the mailing list (this one)."
Honestly, I read the whole Contributing guidelines but does not feel at
this level of mastering of Python development yet (I have no idea how to do
a correct pull request in the scikit-learn architecture...).
I thus wanted to first check with core dev team if this feature would be
useful for scikit-learn, if anybody is already working on it, and if not if
there are people who may be interested to help me checking and adapting the
code for then make a correct pull-request.
