Thanks for your response Andy.

Is there another application that might help me plot this information on a
graph? Really what I am looking for is perhaps to assign a numerical
representation for each sample based off of the 18 attributes and then plot
that numerical representation on a graph to see which samples are similar
to other samples. My math is not strong at all so I am not even sure if
that is possible or not.
