Hi Hamzeh. Somehow I didn't see you posting in this years GSoC thread, maybe I was looking for the wrong email address. Here is some initial feedback on your GSoC proposal. Problem description and Project abstract seem a bit redundant.
I don't think you mean "constitutional neural networks". It would be great if you could give a bit more detail on the things needed to implement. It would also be great if you could give some background on related projects you worked on.
