Hi All. I'm happy to announce that Olivier and me just uploaded the 0.16.1 bugfix release.
It fixes a bug in Isotonic Regression that made the new calibration unstable. It also fixes some minor regressions, such as prediction speed of random forests, and makes the cross_decomposition module more stable. See the list of changes at http://scikit-learn.org/stable/whats_new.html Thanks to all who contributed! You can get it from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/scikit-learn/0.16.1 or update using pip install -U scikit-learn or conda update scikit-learn Don't update with pip if you are using Anaconda!
