Hi everyone,
I was modifying the plot_lena_segmentation.py (
http://scikit-learn.org/stable/auto_examples/cluster/plot_lena_segmentation.html)
example to use scipy.misc.face(), and the runtime is prohibitively slow. I
tried to run it with the face image downsampled 8x, but that unto itself
took 2 hours and the final result was unusable due to the downsampling.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed up spectral / kmeans
clustering?
