You can definitely list it, though this is by no-means an endorsement by us.
What do you mean by a 1-2 hour slot? Once? For a month-long event?
What would that slot be used for?

Also, can we list Scikit Learn as one of the projects our developers
can contribute to?

Hey Andreas,
Would it be possible to have a 1-2 hour slot where core devs could
be remotely available? We have the platform built into the
hackerearth system to facilitate that.
Cheers,
Raghu

(or rather, I have not heard of anyone trying to pull this off

Hi Andreas
I am Sachin from HackerEarth.
HackerEarth is conducting a series of hackathons -
IndiaHacks[0]. One of the hackathons we're conducting is on
Open Source[1]. Through the Open Source track HackerEarth
aims to encourage more developers to contribute to Open
Source projects.
The format of the track is fairly straightforward -
1. We will partner with an Open Source projects and request
them to identify a set of issues/bug/features that need
contribution.
2. We will list down all these issues in the Open Source
track in HackerEarth platform.
3. Developers can pick the issues which they are comfortable
with and send Pull Requests to fix the issue.
4. Each issue will be assigned a score based on the
difficulty of the issue, and if a pull request gets
accepted, the developer will awarded those points.
5. Whoever amasses the maximum points through the duration
of the hackathon, will be declared as winners.
As a project maintainer, we need just little support from
your organization. You can read the pdf[2] to know how you
can contribute.
The hackathon will run for a duration of 1 month, so as to
give the participants sufficient time to make meaningful
contributions.
