You will be able to see the ranking of the journal and in which fields they
are classified. From the information that you give, I cannot give you any
advice because in medicine, there is a lot of categories depending of the
modalities and diseases. For instance in my works which is more medical
imaging with some MRI data, you can go either with medical image analysis,
IEEE medical imaging or in clinical with something like journal of magnetic
resonance imaging.
