Hi Everyone,
My name is Nelson Liu, and I’m a current undergrad at the University of
Washington. I’ve been contributing to scikit-learn since November 2015, and
I thought that the Google Summer of Code program would be a great way to
increase my involvement in the project. I’ve since written a proposal

I’m
planning on grouping several stalled tree-related pull requests, polishing
them to merging quality, and getting them reviewed and merged into the
codebase.
I’d greatly appreciate any comments / reviews on the proposal!
