scikit-learn versions of libsvm has been extended to be able to work with training data represented as dense arrays (directly addressing the memory of a floating point numpy array) in addition to the native sparse data reprenentation of the original libsvm. So presumably you might have to convert your support vectors from one representation to the other but that should not be very complicated.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched! https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/304595813;131938128;j _______________________________________________ Scikit-learn-general mailing list Scikit-learn-general@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/scikit-learn-general
