The conference generally (at least for the last three years) uploads recordings of the tutorials afterwards, e.g. here <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB1reY6IX-o> is part one of the scikit-learn tutorial at Scipy 2016. I would assume that they are doing this again.
