Hi, There are many ways to contribute, not only code. You can get started by reading the "Contributing" section of the "Developer's guide" : http://scikit-learn.org/dev/developers/contributing.html For code contributions, you don't need to read all the codebase to be able to contribute, try to pave your way into it gradually. A good first step would be to start with issues labeled good first issue <https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3A%22good+first+issue%22>.
