I am getting frustrated. I am unable to run any scikit learning code because of an OS error
OSError: [WinError 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application I have tried 64 bit and 32 bit Anaconda installations to no avail. I have searched for help on the web. Others have seen this issue but the solutions are at best unclear. I don't know if I have an incorrect path variable of something more serious. Would you help? Orest Gogosha "GOGO"
