Try using Anaconda Python distribution(Anaconda | Individual Edition) it comes
with sci-kit learn, no hassle of dealing with any dependency issues.

I tried enabling more than 260 characters as suggested, but that did not help
gave me a different error actually.
I don’t think it has to do with bits, as my computer is 64 bit.
I also tried pip install sklearn
I am at a loss at this point.
