Not GA, but gplearn <https://gplearn.readthedocs.io/en/stable/> is an estimator that wraps genetic programming in a (mostly) scikit-learn compatible API. TPOT <http://epistasislab.github.io/tpot/> is another package that might be what you're looking for? More details on what you are doing would help point you in the right direction.
