I noticed something that *may* need to be fixed in Scintilla.iface (or
.h if you are patching things manually): the SC_MODEVENTMASKALL mask
does not include all of the defined bit mask values -
SC_MOD_CHANGEFOLD (0x8) is not "caught" by 0xF77. This [also] means
that the default event mask will not pass these notifications to
Scintilla client apps, AFAIK.
OTOH, there could be a reason for this - but then there would be a
comment mentioning it, right? :)
