   It always builds OK for me and is included in
scite/scripts/checkbuilds.bat so normally gets built at least once a
day. I use the standard windows CMD.EXE rather than a MinGW shell.
This is with the current but old version of MinGW available in the
MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe installer.
