I do not use the hypertext lexer, but doesn't it leave ONE bit for
indicator use?
If so, depending on exactly how indicators are stored and accessed,
indicator 0 (or 2) should still work... maybe. ;)
BTW, as mentioned previously, Neil's SinkWorld has an easier time of
this, since it can support multiple simultaneously active lexers. :)
