In KeyMap.cxx, the commands are SCI_PARA[UP|DOWN]{EXTEND}.
Release 1.56 grabbed Alt+Shift+Arrows for rectangular selection.
Previous/next paragraph were wanted both with and without selection.
Since selection is added to cursor movement with Shift there would be
a clash so previous and next paragraph were moved to Ctrl+[ and
Ctrl+].
