I don't know exactly what you mean by "block navigation", but perhaps
the Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] ("Previous paragraph" and "Next paragraph") will
work for you?
also no, there are no such cmd messages. the weird thing ist that in
scintilla 1.53 it did work viy my editor(pce)
and in the 1.62 not. and my question ist where did this feature gone. i
mean with block navigation: with alt+down (or up)
i get to next first line with content after empty lines. (a new block or
paragraph).
