I have finally found a patch from the anjuta cvs that solves this problem for
me.
I am using Fedora-development with pango-1.9.1, cairo-0.6.0cvs, and gtk2-2.7.4.

This patch solves the problem I reported earlier about screen corruption.

Thanks
