Initial Comment:
It would be helpful to allow only a single instance of
the program to run. Opening new files in tabs rather
than a new instance reduces clutter. Adding this as an
option to only allow a single instance would be great!
... or one could just use the "check.if.already.open" property, which
is well-described (and easily found) in SciTEDoc.html. :)
